Reply from JG-SAPHR on Oct 16 at 11:38 PM During termination action (from PA40 txn), there would be normally a screen showing the infotype records for delimiting. Check this part of the action. If an infotype is deleted or amended, the infotype log will show these changes, provided the infotype is set to log. Check in SPRO - there is a step to to set up logging - look for documents under personnel management.

Later this employee has been terminated in Sept 2014. As employee is terminated, his benefits records of IT0167, IT0168 & IT0377 are supposed to be delimited. However, they have been deleted (entries are missing). We have verified the infotype log changes but there is no trace of anything for manual deletion. What could be the reason for it? Regards Madhav. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community. Start today. _.____.__ |
