Any changes through RZ10 will only effective after system re-start.
Stop the sap and then start sap it will work.

If I made any changes in DEV server through RZ10, it didn't take the effect of those changes.
For example if I make changes for the no. of DIA w.p.or BTC w.p.>>Saved>>Back
When we display the changed value of the concerned parameters through RZ10 it doesn't take the effect.
Why is it?
Can anyone help me into this regard?
