Question from Shivpriye on Sep 23 at 12:53 PM Hi Gurus - I am current experimenting on various scenarios for EV calculation and changes.
For a activity, after I set Work as Measurement Method and perform confirmation - Actual POC and BCWP is calculated based on Degree of processing entered in the confirmation. Also, Actual Costs are calcuated (based on Activity Costs)
Now, when the Confirmation is cancelled, only Actual Costs are updated (after running CNE1 and then CNE5) . Actual POC and BCWP doesn't get updated.
Same is the case for WBS with Time-prop. based progress measurement set. If the actual dates are changed, there is no update in period-wise BCWP.
Is there anything i'm missing out here ? or any configuration to be set propertly...kindly help
