This question really depends on how you are maintaining data and where you
are maintaining it.
1. As a contractor in HR master data with no payroll or payroll area 99.
Use Personnel Action Change of Contract type.
2. As a vendor in SD. Do a complete cycle recruitment to transfer of
applicant data to HR Master Data.
