Question from efs2014 on Jul 22 at 12:18 PM This is a two part issue.
1. A check was accidentally selected as damaged, however the check was not damaged and was mail out for processing does anyone how to rectify this situation.
2. The system believes that the check was "reprinted" on the subsequent check and is showing that the check was confirmed. Is there a way to change the confirmed status of the check print and you that check number?
