under the Purchase Order node of logistics has a dynamic selection ability.
Dynamic Selections has the field "created by" on the header level that can
be used for who actually created it.
If you're asking who requested the purchase order, that would probably be
the person on the requisition. If you need to go back to the requisition,
there is a "Requisitioner" field on the record, but you can't see that from
the purchase order view. You would have to create your own report to get
back to that information. You could do it in ABAP, or, you could do it from
ABAP query.
