Dear Experts,
I've got the error "Please enter a valid plan" on HRBEN0001. What does that mean? I've already checked the information and they are all correct. What should I do?
I've already check the start date and end date of the plan. They start from 21 Apr 2014 to 31 Dec 9999 and the error date is 5 May 2014. I don't understand :(. It's already covered but why did the error occur.
Please help me.
