We are currently having SAP EP portal(java stack),
Where in we have configure LDAP & ume database(local database ) for users. There are users present in both the database.
But some users face problem while login to portal, stating 'password incorrect'.
Which makes us to reset the password frequently .after changing password. It works for few days. And again after few days user try to login with same credential it says incorrect password.
NOTE: also when I checked in user management .it show last unsuccessful login as blank. Where I guess it should provide time and date.
Please help.
