HI Mya,

IF you have access to run function modules (SE37) and SE16 you can.

Display table STXH (SE16) and search on
TDOBJECT = VBBK
TDREFNAME = Sales Order Number you are interested in.
If you know the text id enter that too.(ie. 0002)

Run SE37 using FM READ_TEXT.

NAME = TDNAME returned from SE16.
OBJECT = VBBK
ID = Text ID from SE16

Subject: Wrong text is determined in sales order

Hi,

What could be the cause of this?

I have several sales orders which were created by a batch job. Some were created manually (individually). However, there were 2 text objects which received had the wrong text determined. The texts are supposed to be from the Customer Master but in some sales orders, they do not reflect the Sold-To customer's text record. And even stranger, the same text is being determined for all these sales orders in question.

When I check the log, the access used was that with object VBBK. How can there be a text record from a preceding document when these sales orders are created via EDI? There shouldn't be any preceding documents.

Is there a way to look at whats in VBBK?

I hope someone has come across the same scenario and would be able to lead me to areas where to check.

Thank you.
