Reply from Riteshkumar on Jun 26 at 2:39 PM Hi Shagun, Congratulations. I will advise you to get in as Statutory Auditor rather that getting into Functional Consultant. ERP is very for fresher challenging, most of the reciter believe in hiring domain experienced consultant. Once you get domain experience turn yourself into ERP.

It is in line with your Chartered Accountant certif. and as an auditor you get to use your ERP skills when conducting audit. So go for Auditor for your job and your ERP on the side at your free time at home. There is too much buzz about ERP that does not match reality in practice. What you will notice if you stick around ERP long enough as an accountant, is that the whole industry is laser focus on the technical functions and jargons of the software and not about the underlining business solutions it can provide, and how these could help the company's bottom line. Congratulations and good luck on your new endeavor. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community.
