Hi Randy,
As long as the cost settlement object is clear when creating Maintenance
Order and the Goods Movement are not to be cancelled (due to excess or
wrong withdrawal); there will not be any issues with daily settlement.

However do keep in mind that Plant Finance may like to "capitalize" the
costs of some high cost MO in place of usual expensing to Cost
Center....now these decisions are usually made during Month End
closing...Furthermore,cost settlement is prerogative of Finance rather than
Maintenance or any Logistics Dept. You will need to keep them in loop in
case you wish to change the periodicity of Maintenance Cost Settlement

One last point - you can not settle Refurbishment Order until it is
Technically Completed...hence daily settlement will give errors for these
order if they are open.
