Hi,
Unable to process New request in GRC (AC) due to error below,
"Item '0001' resulted to ''; cannot resolve path; check routing mapping".
Custom rule ID created via BRF+ and assigned to appropriate path (101) with Rule result value in Routing phase 6....Path i created starts with 101 but the error points to 0001,
if any body has encountered this error before, kindly help me to resolve the issue. i would be grateful.
