Have you tried this in that SAP Note: "In each case, you must make the
required setting (profile parameter rslg/new_layout = 9) and delete the
previous system log file. If a central system log file also exists, you
must also delete this.
You may also have to restart the application server."

i have fallowed note "1517379 - Which system log format does the 720 kernel write? " previously, i was added "rslg/new_layout = 9"profile parameter in instance profile of central instance and restarted but issue still there. Is it required to rename the global log files ?.
