Question from Sheila on Apr 11 at 5:02 AM We control every user roles by their Personal Area. NOw the issue is :
One of the org unit called TNBT. The TNBT Training user could view ex TNBT staff detail in PA 20 & she can also book the ex staff for training purpose. whereas The Ex staff has been transfered to different Persnal Area since 17/10/2013. By rite the TNBT training should not maintain the ex staff training data.
I have check through Training roles given to the user, all controlled by PA No : T*.
'T' belongs to org unit TNBT only
THe TNBT Userhas roles as below :

In TCC, I have also removed the MM roles, to ensure whether any override, but still the same. The user can still do booking for EX staff. ?
Could you'll help me to resolve?
