This can be achieved only with user code in MP200000 program module which processes IT 2001 to obtain the number of absence hrs.
Get an ABAP'er to find where this calc.is made,
Specify clearly the requirement.
After the change test with IT 2001 data with different scenarios e.g.,
- start/end dates are same & not same,
- weekends or PH in between, at the start, or at the end
- part timers, full timers,
- empl hourly rated, monthly rated
- etc.
You may need to sit with the developer to discuss/test/ensure the outcome.

Subject: Mark LWP for a Comp Off

I 've implemented NEGATIVE Time Management in our payroll.

The requirement is such if an employee has applied for LWP (3days) say from 7th to 9th Apr 2014 and
the next following day 10th Apr is a weekoff , 10th has to be considered as LWP too.

Can anyone let me know how to and where exactly to configure ?

*Note:: 10th of Apr is week off, is being recorded in 2003 (substitution)
