Go to TCode OMSR - click on Field Name - input the field name (MVKE-KTGRM).
Click on Field Select. Main (arrow sign), then change to Required field or
mandatory field based on your material type you used.
After that, go to TCode OMS9, enter 90 in the Field sel. group, then change
it to mandatory (with respect to field reference/material type used).
Do this in DEV.

I found the field (MVKE-KTGRM) (90) , Where I can set as mandatory?
There's the follows fields: Propose filed cont. (it's selected)
Maint Status (v) gray color
ALE field group : GR_V
Field attributes (retail only) Restrict matl cat ( Default for all mat categories)
and it's selected Copy filed content.
