Reply from LCC352 on Feb 25 at 1:44 PM If you're familiar with ABAP Query, you can use structure CEK and produce a line item report similar to KSB1 but with your extra field(s). You will have to join in the user table, but it's possible to produce the result you're looking for.
Otherwise, there is no way to add the field you're looking for without doing what Jagan suggests.

How to include Employee name in costs reports like CJi3 and KSB1?
Our FI team are looking for the employee name to appear in the FI reports such as CJi3 and KSB1.
We have the employee number in the reports with no name.
We use standard transactions like cata to transfer timesheet costs to FI.
When we look at these costs in reports like CJi3, i can only see the employee number.
Is it possible to add employee name to these FI reports?
If so, can you let me know how to meet this requirement?
