When the AIX team have updated the Java, they will have to stop the SAP systems to restart the server. the SAP systems should not be impacted by the Java upgrade.

AIX Admin wants to upgrade the Java in OS level from current level to newer version.
Want to confirm that it will affect the SAP ECC 6.0 processing further due to it? It will be done Online no downtime required. But, worried about the ECC6.0, BI and APO all R/3 systems will work fine after upgrade at OS level?
Please suggest ASAP.
