It depends
If you have enough stock to make the movement, just execute MBST calling the GR material movement number.
If you don't, you will have whether to cancel also the further movements (the right way: consumptions, expeditions) until you have enough stock (VL09 for deliveries/MBST for other movements) or feed the stock artificially, say with a stocktake (MI09/MI07 for ex) but this is not nice to do.
This is if it's pure MM. WM will require extra transactions.
