Having problems with my SAPROUTER. Has been working fine until recently and I cannot get a successful OSS test.

I have restarted the SAPROUTER several times and rebooted the windows box the application is running on.
There have been no changes from the SAP side that should have caused this issue
Any help would be much appreciated
