I have already inserted the date type (most recent hire date) through
IT0041, based on that date only system is generating quotas for other two
seniority levels. I am only getting problem for seniority less than a year.
All other configuration looks good.

You may need to use a date type to indicate start of leave anniversary. The date type is to be configured in V_T559L
This date type entry can be inserted in IT 41:
a)for new hires: during hire action, can be inserted by a dynamic action. If required, call a routine to derive the date value for a date type/
b)for existing employees: extract the list of employees eligible for the leave type; include a column to add the new date type and date value; use LSMW to upload using PA30 transaction batch recording. |
