if you ensure that those request were successfully..imported into your
system
then you dont need to import it again..
simply you can clear the buffer of the particular system and continue with
support packs..
be careful because if you import in wrong order then there will be a big
issue.

Means this is sure the old requests to be imported again? Wont be there risk of overwriting the contents of requests, as request are very old ? being the is my production system will have to take decision carefully.
