We are using SRM 7.0 Extended classic. After a client copy approved shopping carts do no generate a purchase order. we receive the following

No ID Number found for Business Partner xxxx.

I ran hralxsync and the Buisiness Partner is OK, this is the Root Org Unit.

Any help would be appreciated.
