Question from jeetlavs on Mar 4 at 12:50 PM how to populate field at runtime in INTERACTION CENTER screen in sap crm4.0 when we change other field while creating business activity
While creating Business Activity we have one field in CIC0 dapartment responsible and in custom tab we have field follow up .
when we change the value in follow up then value in department responsible should be populated before saving the business activity in runtime
