In SAP GUI for WIN, there is a small utility which allows you to input username/pass/client/etc on a command line, and login to SAP systems with 1 click, its called sapshcut, but in SAP GUI Java, there is no such tool.
There might be a possibility of using scripts to automate the login process, but I haven't been successful with them either.
