CMS calls application is in SAP or not?
Manager System? What is it and what does it have to do with SAP?
Why SAP is involved? Wouldn't it be easier to do something in a language
that is supported by the OS of the platform running the Manager system and
the CMS Calls system.
Let's say that if the condition is reached (on another system than SAP),
you can raise an Event that run a batch job in SAP. That job calls an
External program that raise the popup message in the Manager system. But
it seems a bit ridiculous. You don't need SAP to do this! Do it VB.NET,
C, or anything else.
Need more info to help you!
