Question from ward-1 on Oct 1 at 10:13 PM For 1099 vendors, the Tax ID field is used to enter their social security number. As this field is general data in the vendor master, all people globally in our organization with access to the vendor master can view it. This is a concern because of the sensitivity of social security numbers. Is there a standard solution to protect this confidential info? Should a different field be used?
