We are all assuming it has indeed gone and is not just waiting to be paid. If it's not physically paid yet, you should back out the invoice and use the new one. If it has gone out the door, then Roy is spot on - call the vendor and have a talk with them. Perhaps they could invoice you for the difference, and you could just FI it, as long as there is no inventory involved. You haven't stated that there is or isn't a moving average price issue involved. - Lou
