Question from vgu2009 on Aug 21 at 12:56 PM LockBox Error, We have custom program to process Lockbox files .EDI820 are used The problem we are getting is at the time of clearing suppose original invoice is $1000 and we are receiving $500 balance is showing as short payment and system is clearing the original Invoice. In OBAY we can not make it partial as it impact the AR reporting . Is any other option to solve this problem?
