Reply from Roy B on Jul 3 at 3:11 AM If these are customized reports we cannot possibly know what has been programmed so you need to go back to the ABAP programmer who created them (or another ABAPer if the original is no longer there) and ask him to go through the code and find out what is going wrong. I suspect that the functional specification was not clearly enough written or was not correctly translated into a technical specification, or maybe neither of these was used and the spec was done on the back of an envelope.

These are customised reports which show a lists of payments and invoices
respectively in accounts payables. But they are also capturing clearing
documents which is not supposed to be.
