PLAECS, RG23CECS or RG23AECS Registers not available in J_2IACCBAL
We are facing an issue as follows:
The client has gone live on April 1, 2012. Now, when we tried doing J2I5 Extraction of PLA and taken the Print out(J2I9), we are not able to see the Opening Balances. The opening balances are shown as 0 (Zero). When we went and seen the Table J_2IACCBAL, we found that. The opening balance was uploaded with PLACESS where the subsequent entries which are formed while we Extract the data through J2I5 are with the code PLAECS. Same sort of problem is arising in the case of RG23AECS and RG23CECS as well. These two are not at all available, nor allowing me when i tried Re-entering the uploaded balances with this codes after deleting complete entries in the system(Quality Server). When i try entering this codes the systems is throwing the following error : "This is Not a Valid Entry". I just clicked F4 in SE11 and could see only the following entries:
RG23ABED
RG23ASED
RG23AAED
RG23CBED
RG23CSED
RG23CAED
PLABED
PLASED
PLAAED
PLACESS
RG23AAT1
RG23CAT1
PLAAT1
RG23ANCCD
RG23CNCCD
PLANCCD
Registers PLACESS is there, but not PLAECS. and RG23AECS and RG23CECS are not available at all. I request you to advice me.
