In the left-hand pane, open the tree branch for Screens. Double-click on the screen in question. On the toolbar above the right-hand pane, click on the Layout button. Double-click on the upper-left corner of the table control (just to the left of the first column header). At the bottom of the properties popup for the table control you will see "Fixed Columns"; put in the number of columns you wish to freeze on the left. As an aside, if you have a table with LOTS of columns (and it sounds like you do), consider using a two-step maintenance dialog. This will allow the user to maintain a record either in the table control, or in a row-wise popup by double-clicking on the row. Our users have grown very fond of two-step maintenance dialogs for maintaining "wide" z-tables.
