Since you are running this action in sandbox, please check the
configuration in spro and find out if there are any differences in
configuration in sandbox & dev system.
This might be the reason for the screens in PB40 being different.

I would like to thank you for Responding Quickly.As you said I am Running
through PB40 only but there the Screens are Differing from Standard Screen
for Action Intial Entry of Basic Data so what would be the reason and i
also checked the Applicant Group its also creates as P for Internal and AP
as External and the Second Action ENTER ADDITIONAL DATA screen is also from
Standard Screen so i am Wondering what would be the Reason for it.Please
let me know your View on this Issue.
