[sap-hr] SAP For the Global Master Data and Feed ADP

Our parent European company is considering SAP for the global master data and are promoting that SAP feed ADP. My US group is cautious about this and believe the feed should be ADP to SAP. We have just started this journey and I'm sorry that I do not know which products are being considered. I was just curious if anyone could shed some light on the pros/cons of SAP feeding ADP and vice versa. My US group is concerned about the loss of control and flexibility having SAP feed ADP. Thanks for your help.

ADP. Can not be considered as a system of records for global hr master data because in each country, ADP uses a different software to run payroll. SAP is designed to run global master data as it covers multi-country, multi-currencies and multi-languages capabilities but at the same time as many localization of HR master data which allows proper local interface to payroll vendors.
