1. check default your number range to NUMKR
2. check assign employee attributes in table V_503_C
3.check ur info group and user group creation
4.In personnel action type check your ticks(P,PA,E,ES, IG,U,U)
5. Check tick mark in the table V_T588C
6. assign in table V_588B_M user group to ur action menu
