Question from nnnirmal on Apr 8 at 9:35 AM The managing director (MD) of the bank is suspended permanently by the central bank i.e. controlling authority on the ground of inconsistencies. However, MD goes for appeal in appellate court and won the case and court got cancelled the permanent suspension order after one year of his suspension. Now, is bank responsible for payment of salary to him during the period of his suspension for which no service (consideration) is received by bank from him. Or the amount of salary can be recovered by him from central bank as compenstaion. Please throw clear views to this problem with precedent if possible. nirmal shrestha | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
