We can cancel MIGO, after MIRO posted and Cenvat posted, but not after goods issue.
Because cancel of MIGO means reversal of stock receipt, if stock issued to production, stock reversal we can not do.

If MIGO has been performed and the material iaaue to production or consumption order has been completed you cant reverse MIGO. The stock has to be completely reversed so that it is in the same situation as if it were just received then you can reverse MIGO
