You have maintain the Account assignments for the material at OBYC and also
Company code has to be assigned to country and also the TAx procedure to
the country.
Please check the Country Tax calculation procedure and assign the same to
the country.

[1] During purchase requitsion ME51N,
am getting an error of " Account Assignment Mandatory for material "xyz" [ enter.acc.cat] message No. Me062.
[2] During Creating RFQ - ME41-Create
am geting an error " Company Code not assigned to Country OR Country to Calculation Procedure "
