Dunning is carried out via transaction F150. From what I understand,
a) Execute transaction F150
b) Maintain the dunning parameters and save it. (Note the dunning parameters).
This is similar to your requirement for document parking.
c) Come back to the same Dunning run by selecting the dunning parameters and complete the dunning details.
d) Once the dunning details are maintained, execute the dunning run.
As mentioned in your question, parking is carried not via FS00. I assume you had meant parking a Financial document via transaction like FB50.

Is it possible to Park the Dunning Procedure (like how we park the
documents in FS00 & later on we post the documents)
