if the two users are in the different personnel subarea, you can do this by personnel subarea grouping in IMG:
Time Management -> Time Data Recording and Administration -> Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas -> Managing Leave Using Leave Entitlement Infotype (0005) -> Leave Quota -> Group Personnel Subareas for Leave Types

I have to limit the authorization for create infotype 0005 for 2 user.
1 user can create IT 0005 for all leave types (5 leave type) and 1 user only can create 4 type of leave types and display only 1 leave types. I have to use leave entitlement instead of quota.
Is it possible to create the authorization? What should I do?
