Reply from JG-SAPHR on Jan 25 at 5:55 PM Hi, Suggested steps: a)In PA20, go to the employee's absence record, then navigate to the absence type. Press PF4 or possible entries. This shows the Pers sub area grpg and the absence types. b)In SPRO go to HR->Time mgt->Time recording->Absences->Absence types (or in SM30 txn, display T554S) - Check the counting rule used for the absence type. Then select all rows with that counting rule. This will tell you which other groupings/absence types are using the counting rule. It would be better to use for one absence type - one counting rule for all groupings. c)In SPRO, go to HR->Time mgt->Time recording->Absences>....Counting rules. For the grouping of your problem, open the counting rule as found above. If any holiday class is not to be counted, then ensure no holiday class is checked. Ensure that day with daily hrs more than zero is selected. You may also need to select all week days (because shift workers may work on weekends). If for another grouping the business rules are the same, do as above for that grouping. If the rules are different, then change as required. Hope this helps. Regards, JG

But if I will apply the leave on holidays which I have configured in Holiday calender, it will be deducted. Example: The holidays like 15 Aug,26 jan, or any leave which is configured in Holiday calender, the quota will be deducted, But if I will apply the Leave on working days the quota will not be deducted. Please provide the feasible solution. Thanks in advance.. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
