Hi,

An active work schedule or any active object is one that is to be used for selection.
You must be referring to inactive WSR's that you do not want to show in IT 7 WSR - possible entries.
To do this, you will need to add ABAP code in the function or routine used for getting the possible rows or displaying. Also you need to enter the dates from/to in IT 7, press enter, before looking for possible entries.
For ABAP code changes, you can use bAPI's or ABAP enhancement. The latter one can be used at the start or the end of a routine or function. It is retained when a support pack or OSS note is applied that changes the routine; in this case, you need to ensure that your ABAP enhancement is compatible with the OSS note changes.

JG

Subject: Do not want active work schedules to display when create IT0007

How do you make active work schedules not show up when you create an IT0007?

Scenario: I have successfully added several work schedules to one company that already had existing work schedules available.

How do I make the work schedules that were already there not show up as an option when you go to create an IT0007? I initially delimited the work schedules not needed but this caused them to become inactive which is not desired.

Thanks in Avance...
