Then you must maintain the quota ded. period only for the calendar year by a custom PCR qureing on 12th months 31st day or 1st month of 1st day. Then the quota from previous months will be carry fwd to the present month. If not then the Quota deduction and validity period Stays unlimited, resulting in the quota getting carried forward automatically for the next year and so on.
