Hi Krish,

Thanks once again for your help.

I ran a report RPUP0001 for single employee with pernr, But no change been
made.

Once again i am trying to inform my requirement:

PA20--> Pers. Data--> Name format: (In this F4 functionality should be as
follows)

Code : 00 Name format : Last name, First name - Change (currently showing
Form-of-Address Key,First Name,Last Name)
Code : 01 Name format : First name, Last name - New

Currently in system its displaying as 00: First name, Last name after
change in Table: T522N

Please suggest.

Regards,
AB

Subject: Update/Add Code into the Name Format Field in P0002-KNZNM for Singapore

Great buddy!
You are almost half the way!
Follow these steps and finish it!

Actually These change will effect for new records and not for existing
personnel numbers. To do this for existing records you need to run a report
called RPUP0001. It will take care about changing name format based on the
configuration you done in T522N table.

To do that go to SE38 -> give the above report name --> then execute it.

Then you will get the screen with 4 sections and you need to provide values
as following.

1. *Personnel Number* : don't give any thing so that it will check for all
changes(if you there is no personnel number in that field default it will
take latest changed numbers)
2*.Compare* : Check the box '*Names*'
3. *Name compare* : *language format* .(If it is different than
English you have to select the language else leave it blank)
4. *Test Run* : *Check that box* (to verify that you are
changing name format for right employed.)
: *password* should be your "*user name
*" to login SAP system.

Once you are OK with that result in the report then you can run the report
directly by U*nchecking* the Test check box.

**Make sure to use Dev or sand box. Don't do this directly on Production
system.

Hope it helps!
Tell me if you need any help.

Bye,
Kris
