Then what is use of showing the charges in letter, if it is not charged to
customer?
And, please let me know where can we get a report to know the total dunning
charges for customer wise, so that we can manually post the charges to
customer.

Dunning letter is only a correspondence letter and you can configure dunning charges there but it will display only in Dunning letter, no entry will happen in the books. If you want to charge Extra amount as Dunning charge you have to post manual entry for this. |
