As mentioned by pavanparuchuri, you cannot have 2 records on the same day for infotypes with time constraint 1. IT 1 (Org Assignment) is one of them. Hence, it is not possible to have hiring and transfer on the same day since a transfer will typically involves changes in IT 1.
