If you stop retro, it can lead to incorrect payroll.
As I said,
- change the schema to skip parts of the schema during off-cycle,
- import the empl data, for the empl,
- change IT 3 dates so that it retro?s to a suitable past period.
- test payroll with log,
- ensure the schema changes work correctly in Dev test and QA.
Then you can move the changes to prod.
In prod retro the payroll for the empl so that as above and check it is OK.

While running the regular pay roll in the month of December 2011, with retro, from oct 2011, all the off cycle payrolls are running again. And we are facing problem in December regular payroll. How to stop the retro for off cycle payroll runs? When the regular payroll is running the off cycle payroll should not run irrespective of any changes in any IT records. |
