Reply from JG-SAPHR on Dec 21 at 5:38 PM Hi Niranjan, The problem seems to be due to the use of TSDIVI in PCR XPPF and its subrules. In this case you have given and with WPBP splits, the value obtained for TSDIVI total for the pay period often is different from the employee's no.of hrs for a pay period. This can be resolved by using TSDIVP which is from IT 8. Please run payroll with log and send the log for the pcr XPPF and XVAL for the problem pay period. That would help to understand the problem more clearly. Regards, JG

This problem is arising when a person joins in the middle of the month or exit in the middle of the month for example: per annum salary is 60,000 which is per month its 5000 So if the EE joins on 15th Feb, 2010 and march month According to logic the total salary should be 2500(14days of feb)+5000(30days)= 7500. However, system is calculating as 45 days ( 365 days per annum) and salary its calculating as 7397. The Difference amount is 7500-7397=103. So please tell me where I can do the changes. .
