Hi Niranjah,
Yes this is very possible but you will have to run 2 reports then amalgamate it using the vlookup function in Excel.
1. Run a report to get the field you have requested using adhoc query but include the PERNR of the of the Org unit chief. i.e. the employees supervisor number.
2. Copy the supervisor number and use it as your selection criteria for the second report and select the org unit as an output.
3 Use vlookup in Excel to merge the two reports.
NB the first report will have the employee details and the second report will specify the line 2 org unit. Using Vlookup, u canjoin the two reports as one.
