Hi Dilpi,
Please check the following.
SPRO->Logistics - General->Material Master->Basic Settings->Material
Types->Define Attributes of Material Types.
In the above path, check if Quantity and Value update is activated for the
plant(For the relevant Material Type) for which Goods Receipt was made.
I believe that the Quantity update is not checked for the Material type.

There is no stock for a particular material,which I have checked in MMBE as
well as Material master but still showing some value for the material. When
I checked through MB51 to know the transaction history,found that last
transaction for this material was done in the year 2001.
Can you please tell me,what could be the reasons?
